Ok... I did a little DIY backsplash and bought the tile off of all floors.. needless to say I'm 3 tiles short Me the manufacturer says it's out of production. He's calling manufacturer and their reps to see if anyone anywhere has the tile. He didn't make a huge profit off my backsplash tile and here he is on a Friday trying to help me find the tiles. All Floorz replaced all of the carpeting and added hardwood flooring to my home. It was a big job that took 5 days in all, and they were just great throughout the entire process. The owner Dave gave me his cell phone number, and kept the communication flowing.
It took two days to rip up, remove and reinstall the carpeting. When ordered, we ran into a glitch regarding availability, and Dave suggested an alternative that worked wonderfully. We love the finished product.
The hardwood floors are just gorgeous. The natural color is beautiful, and I know that I'll get many years of use from them. The installation was flawless. I cannot thank them enough for their responsiveness and attention to detail throughout this process. Great experience!
Very happy with the service we received from Dave and his team. Super helpful in the store, and very responsive throughout the process. Prices were great as well. They were extremely professional when installing the carpet in our house, wearing masks and cleaning up after themselves. We found a couple of small dirt stains in the carpet right after they left. We reached out to Dave and he sent someone over right away, no questions asked, to clean the dirt spots and make sure we were completely satisfied. The carpets look amazing, and we were very happy with the customer service. I will definitely work with All Floorz again for my next flooring project.
